Shipping, Returns and Other Shop Policies

Please read over our policies and let us know if you have any questions. Our shop is located in northern New Mexico. We will always try to get you an answer within 48 business hours.

Turn Around Time

For in-stock fabrics and clothing, we aim to ship out within 1-3 business days

For custom clothing orders and pre-orders, plan on 4-6 weeks turnaround time, although we will usually get orders out faster. Individual items may have different turnaround times, please check the listing details for more information!

Shipping

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you place multiple orders, we will always try to combine shipping, and refund any overage of $2 or more. Please make sure your address is correct on your account and if using PayPal, be sure your address is correct with them too. We are not responsible for wrong addresses and you will be charged shipping to resend any returned packages.

 Returns/Exchanges/Problems with Order

At this time, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us right away if you have any problems with your order! Our goal is to have open communication with you and we ask that you do the same for us. Please communicate with us prior to filing complaints with outside sources. We would like to have the opportunity to resolve issues first.

Quality Assurance

Our garments are always checked by a second person before shipping out for quality. Clothing items 100% handmade so imperfections may be visible, but these should be as the spirit line in a rug, i.e., minor, and part of the beauty of a handmade garment.

Most fabrics we carry are custom-printed and have already gone through multiple inspections. However, once receiving your fabric please look it over prior to prewashing and contact us with any flaws and or issues found immediately. Digitally printed fabric can contain manufacturer flaws these may be small dots, roller marks, and or small holes located within 5 inches of the salvage. Any issues no bigger than a US quarter or within 5 inches of the salvage edge are not considered a flaw. If there is ever a question of a flaw in this area or another area of your fabric please send us a picture of the fabric with a ruler next to the flaw. We want to be able to help.
